Otto sent me these two pictures, which reminded me that the sailing itself wasn’t the difficult bit.
Does anybody claim to be in either of the photos?

I think I am in both photo’s, at the helm in the right photo. The left photo has the following text on the back: To Otto, with many thanks for all the maintenance done after incidents like this! signed Robert Blackburn, dated 12 June 1968
@otto and @pelham, I increased the size of the pics from Medium to Full size and centered them so that they show up full screen when people look at them now. The faces are easier to see now. I think I see Mark Ashford, for instance.
The rescue boat looks as though it might be a miniboat with the seat forward, low in the water with three people on board.
I agree it looks like @otto helming in the lower photo. I’m not convinced @otto is in the other picture.
